Merchandising Operations Coordinator

Oversee merchandise inquiries and inventory control within the Authentication department. Support authentication inventory management using a master inventory control tracker, investigate and document item notes, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve exception and operational issues that impact inventory. In the receiving queue, manage and prioritize customer/merchandising inquiries to meet SLAs, maintain the Zendesk inbox, track post-corrections, and ensure FIFO/SLA adherence.
