SBA Lead Underwriter

Review and decide small business loan requests within approved authority, providing expertise on financial analysis and loan structuring. Partner with relationship managers for initial deal review, deal pre-clearance, due diligence coordination, and obtaining credit approvals. Ensure compliance with SBA credit and eligibility policies, maintain current knowledge of SBA program changes, and oversee post-closing and amendment/restructuring underwriting. May lead junior underwriters and support SBA lending training.
