Job Summary

Develop and grow customer relationships by using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify personal and small-business needs. Promote a full range of deposits, loans, and fee-based services, cross-sell to existing customers, and participate in outside sales activities and community events. Meet production and customer-experience goals, collaborate with Business Partners through referrals, and follow risk, ethics, and retail policies while managing loan and bankcard processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions using the company value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside sales activities and community financial literacy events.
•Build relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and refer customers for holistic solutions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
