Job Summary

Serve as a client-first, sales-driven Personal Banker in a branch setting—building new relationships and deepening existing ones to support customers’ financial wellness. Conduct in-person and proactive phone conversations, identify opportunities, and provide tailored recommendations. Open personal and business accounts, support lending and deposit products, ensure compliance with operational and risk procedures, and assist with teller transactions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts and work with deposit and lending products (including home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit).
•Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals related to sales and referrals.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen relationships using centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation; assist with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or equivalent business experience.
•1+ years developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
