Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the planning, execution, and governance of strategic GTM initiatives across APAC and MEA.
  • •Partner with regional leadership to translate business priorities into executable programs, milestones, ownership structures, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Monitor program progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of key business initiatives.
  • •Establish program governance frameworks, operating rhythms, executive reviews, and performance dashboards.
  • •Drive accountability across stakeholders and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and geographies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, GTM Strategy and Sales Operations.
  • •Minimum 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional business programs.
  • •Experience with enterprise B2B technology, SaaS, AI, analytics, mobility, transportation, or software organizations.
  • •Experience with Jira, Confluence, Scrum, and Asana.
