•Technical Skills: ITIL frameworks; DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Kubernetes); and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
•Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams under pressure with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
