Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate large-scale campus recruiting and diversity-focused events as a subject matter expert in early talent recruiting practices.
  • •Manage recruiting logistics, vendor coordination, candidate communications, and the North America campus recruiting calendar to ensure strong candidate experiences.
  • •Support full-cycle recruiting for early career programs, including screening coordination, interview coordination, career fair participation, and scheduling.
  • •Drive process improvements, manage budgets and purchase orders, ensure compliance with policies and payment terms, and support HR projects as assigned.
  • •Research and recommend partnerships, events, and tools to strengthen recruiting partnerships and outreach efforts.
