Quality Assurance Coordinator

Coordinate “First Time Right” quality in the Detail Shop by inspecting each detailer’s work, identifying vehicles that don’t meet standards, and coaching team members on proper techniques and standard operating procedures. Serve as the first point of contact for the detail line, assist with final detail tasks, log inspection outcomes into computer systems, photograph and stage vehicles per standards, and help maintain a clean, safe, orderly shop.
