Job Summary

Lead and mentor a team of software and site reliability engineers to design, build, and operate an internal developer platform (IDP) spanning CI/CD, tooling, and IaC integrations. Drive automation to reduce toil, improve developer velocity, ensure reliability and security, and align platform capabilities with business needs across a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the architecture, design and rollout of the internal developer platform spanning CI/CD, tooling, and IaC integrations.
•Enhance automation for fleet management and build new features for the infrastructure platform.
•Spearhead initiatives to improve engineer productivity by identifying and mitigating bottlenecks in the development flow.
•Mentor, manage, and lead a team of SWEEs & SREs with diverse expertise.
•Triaging and troubleshooting complex production issues to ensure reliability and performance.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience managing SWE or SRE teams, ideally in a cloud native environment.
•Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
•Strong security background and knowledge.
•BS in computer science (or equivalent experience).
•Experience managing teams running large-scale production Java/Tomcat and containerized services in AWS or other cloud providers.
