Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Eaton’s Treasury Center accounting and collaborate with Global Controllers and Treasury on treasury accounting activity.
  • •Manage 2–3 treasury accountants across treasury accounting areas including debt reporting, factoring, capital markets, and treasury center accounting.
  • •Collaborate with Treasury and GFA Reporting CoE on Total Eaton cash activity and maintain the legal entity organizational listing.
  • •Lead legal entity simplification projects and ensure proper US GAAP treatment of entity eliminations, including US GAAP guidance for tax projects.
  • •Support external audit requests and SOX documentation/testing, and drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of accounting/finance experience.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • •Strong software and systems skills (Oracle, SAP, FCCS, Microsoft Office).
