Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a customer-focused culture and drive ownership and accountability across the KYC Operations team.
  • •Coach and develop KYC analysts, including development plans, check-ins, and recommendations for promotions and raises.
  • •Identify and propose process improvements; collaborate with central and operational teams to increase efficiency.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert for complex, high-risk cases and escalations, applying a risk-based approach to deter and prevent money laundering and financial crime.
  • •Implement a quality assurance framework, conduct casework reviews, analyze quality metrics for trends and root causes, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2+ years of operations experience (preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or risk assessment).
  • •Good understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding KYC/AML.
  • •Ability to coach and develop KYC analysts, including designing development plans and conducting regular check-ins.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • •Experience analyzing team metrics and taking ownership of outcomes and quality standards.
