Job Summary

Build and ship full product features across the frontend, backend, APIs, and databases for BJAK’s AI Neobank app. Own end-to-end workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk—turning ambiguous product problems into reliable systems with clean UX. Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to launch quickly, then monitor, debug, and improve post-release, while also building internal tools and automation to scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
•Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk.
•Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
•Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release.
•Build internal tools and automation, and own work beyond release by monitoring, debugging, learning, and improving.

Key Requirements

•Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
•Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
•Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or a similar modern stack.
•Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
•Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows while working end-to-end with ambiguity.
