Define the multi-year technical vision and architectural blueprint for ML-driven proactive moderation for content safety. Own the execution roadmap for massive-scale ML systems that mitigate violative UGC before it impacts Roblox’s community. Lead adoption of advanced ML techniques (e.g., transfer learning, self-supervised learning, quantization, LoRA, distillation) and build end-to-end solutions, including dataset construction, auto-labeling pipelines, and production integration.
