Key Responsibilities

•Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document findings accurately according to Manheim inspection standards.
•Locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles safely on dealer lots and ensure correct data entry in inspection systems.
•Verify VINs, mileage, options, and document exterior/interior condition and mechanical status.
•Identify damage or non-functional components and communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
•Collaborate with dealers and Cox teams to maximize inspection volume and territory productivity, while adhering to safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.22 - 27.36 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
•0–1 years of automotive-related experience preferred (Level 1) or 1–2 years (Level 2) or 2–3 years (Senior Level) depending on level

•Strong attention to detail and ability to document vehicle condition accurately
•Willingness to work remotely from New York with territory responsibilities and occasional in-person inspections as needed
