Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end commercial project support, including offer cost calculations and ongoing EAC (Estimate at Completion) tracking, forecasting, and variance analyses. Ensure revenue recognition in line with IFRS 15 and HGB in coordination with Accounting, support monthly and annual closes, and help prepare management-ready financial analyses. Improve controlling processes and tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) and take ownership of business special projects and cross-functional tasks.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide end-to-end commercial project support, including offer cost calculations.
•Create and monitor EACs, perform forecasting and variance analyses, and develop recommendations and decision documents.
•Support revenue recognition compliant with IFRS 15 and HGB in coordination with Accounting.
•Contribute to monthly and annual financial statements (HGB and IFRS).
•Develop controlling processes and tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) and support pricing checks for public contracts plus management financial analysis presentations.

Key Requirements

•Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification.
•Ideally first experience in project controlling in an international project environment or technology-focused industry.
•Knowledge of German and international accounting regulations (HGB, IFRS).
•Confident use of SAP (CO, PS, FI) and strong Excel skills, plus reporting tools such as Power BI.
•Fluent German and English; independent, solution-oriented, structured working style and clear communication of complex topics.
