As a branch-based Citizens Banker, you’ll build lasting customer relationships by providing trusted advice and recommending financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing. You’ll understand customers’ goals and tailor recommendations for milestones like buying a home or opening credit. Working with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking, you’ll also use digital-first banking tools, handle cash and policies, and make outbound calls to acquire and schedule checkups.
