Key Responsibilities

  • •Review monthly and quarterly P&L, balance sheet, and supporting schedules in line with generally accepted accounting practices.
  • •Analyze P&L and balance sheet items to identify and explain variances versus budgets/forecasts.
  • •Manage GL and reporting queries from Opco, region, or onshore teams.
  • •Ensure SOX compliance and handle multiple entities with end-to-end ownership of accounting, compliance, and stakeholder management along with group reporting.
  • •Manage the team through weekly/daily reviews, escalation resolution, and driving progress to meet timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •3–8 years of experience in financial reporting / GL accounting / RTR post qualification.
  • •Qualified CA, semi-qualified CA, or CMA.
  • •Strong communication skills for negotiation and reconciliation.
  • •Knowledge of IFRS and Ind AS, including ability to review accounting entries.
  • •Flexible, well-organized approach with strong prioritization and self-motivation.
