Program Management Engineer

Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery for analog/mixed-signal/embedded semiconductor products, ensuring schedule adherence, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Coordinate with global design, validation (DV), layout, test, quality, packaging, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and operations teams. Own scope, timelines, risk assessments, budgeting, and resource planning, and communicate program status and metrics to leadership and demanding customer teams, including root-cause corrective actions.
