Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery for analog/mixed-signal/embedded semiconductor products, ensuring timeline adherence, quality control, and stakeholder management.
  • •Drive program scope, timelines, risk assessment, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally across global teams including design, DV, layout, post-Si validation, test engineering, quality, packaging, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • •Create and maintain detailed program schedules and develop mitigation plans for risks to keep teams aligned to objectives.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, presenting program status, key metrics, and critical issues; support quality and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10+ years of program/project management experience in semiconductors, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing.
  • •Experience managing SoC/ASIC/analog/mixed-signal or embedded product development programs.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor development flows from architecture through design, validation, test, quality checks, and release to production.
  • •Proficiency with program management tools including Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
  • •Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
