Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with EH&S and Product Stewardship standards while maintaining laboratory housekeeping and PPE requirements.
  • •Conduct quality control analyses using HPLC, GC, FTIR, DSC, X-ray, particle size analysis, NIR, and related analytical techniques.
  • •Support laboratory technicians, operations, and R&D teams with sample preparation, testing, and reporting.
  • •Maintain equipment readiness through maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting; keep accurate equipment and calibration records.
  • •Develop and maintain SOPs, LODs, test methods, and laboratory documentation; review data and prepare analytical/technical reports and KPI updates using LIMS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, or another Applied Science discipline.
  • •5+ years of relevant laboratory, analytical, manufacturing, or quality control experience.
  • •Chromatography experience is required, including analytical testing using chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.
  • •Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or similar laboratory data management tools.
  • •Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
