Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and oversee international business strategies to identify new opportunities and expand the company’s presence across the LATAM & Europe region.
  • •Guide the international business development pipeline, ensuring progress aligns with strategic objectives.
  • •Benchmark new opportunities, emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • •Lead client, partner, and stakeholder relationship-building to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.
  • •Lead contract negotiations and deal closure; prepare presentation and board materials and deliver financial/commercial project updates to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in port, logistics, and maritime industries focused on international strategy and business development.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international business economics, maritime management, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional international projects, plus project management capabilities.
  • •Strong financial acumen including financial modelling, budgeting, and analysis.
  • •Proficiency in English; Portuguese is preferred (written and spoken).
