Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line brand ambassador, building client relationships and driving sales through tailored recommendations, cross-sell, and upsell. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations—cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising—while maintaining service and asset protection standards in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
