•Lead end-to-end execution of complex enterprise-wide projects and programs against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
•Oversee project and program deliverables (charters, schedules, RAID logs, budgets, executive status reports) aligned to EPMO standards.
•Drive governance and enterprise portfolio management, including change control, approval gates, and auditable records in PMIS.
•Engage executive and cross-functional stakeholders, remove blockers, facilitate decision-making, and represent EPMO in executive forums.
•Mentor and coach project management talent while supporting regulatory and audit-ready documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree or equivalent advanced education a plus).
•7+ years of progressive project management experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives in financial services or other regulated environments.
•Demonstrated success delivering transformational business outcomes and managing portfolios or programs with significant impact.
•Proven ability to influence at the C-suite level and serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and senior leadership.
•Certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster.
