Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Business Controls leadership with development and implementation of controls, policies, and procedures for Commercial IT and Payments IT platforms and technology-enabled processes.
  • •Provide expertise and analysis for identifying, assessing, controlling, monitoring, testing, and reporting risks related to payments, technology, cloud, and third-party/operational risks.
  • •Investigate actual or potential operational loss and support root-cause analysis.
  • •Gather, analyze, aggregate, and report risk data; prepare status reports and presentations for management and internal partners.
  • •Support regulatory change management and remediation actions, including issue remediation and assistance with governance processes and product inventory/risk review activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a technology-related field preferred.
  • •3–5 years of financial services industry, risk, business controls, or compliance experience preferred.
  • •Analytical ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations across a complex business.
  • •Working knowledge of payments ecosystems (ACH, wires, real-time payments), commercial platforms, and cloud computing concepts.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
