Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate, manage, and respond to cyber security events and incidents to protect systems, data, and the brand.
  • •Partner with the Security Operations Centre (SOC) and wider technology teams to strengthen monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.
  • •Lead and evolve the vulnerability management programme, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, prioritised, and remediated effectively.
  • •Conduct proactive threat intelligence and open-source threat analysis to identify emerging risks relevant to the business.
  • •Support security detections, playbooks, and operational processes, and coordinate stakeholders to drive incidents to timely resolution when required.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years experience working in a Cyber Security team focused on incident detection.
  • •Hands-on experience operating in a Security Operations environment and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of information security principles across web, network, and endpoint technologies.
  • •Working knowledge of security technologies including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, firewalls, intrusion detection, and vulnerability management platforms.
  • •Ability to translate technical security risks into clear, business-focused recommendations while handling sensitive information confidentially.
