Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and implementation of new mobile features for a mobile-first public safety platform using Swift and modern iOS frameworks.
•Own major architectural decisions for the iOS platform and set engineering best practices across architecture, testing, and maintainability.
•Partner with Android engineers to identify shared business logic opportunities using Kotlin Multiplatform while preserving native iOS quality.
•Define the technical roadmap for the iOS platform, balancing long-term architecture with rapid customer delivery.
•Improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes, review pull requests, mentor engineers, and investigate production issues to reduce technical debt.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant native iOS development with Swift.
•Experience as a technical lead or senior engineer, driving architecture, mentoring teammates, and leading complex technical initiatives.
•Deep expertise in modern iOS development, including Swift, Swift Concurrency, and UIKit and/or SwiftUI.
•Strong experience with Kotlin and an understanding of cross-platform mobile architectures.
•Experience shipping multiple production mobile applications through App Store release, with strong CI/CD and mobile testing knowledge.
