Key Responsibilities

  • •Consolidate worldwide repair operational situation by aircraft program, provide visibility, lead quarterly reviews, and monitor repair costs to address gaps.
  • •Represent Repair Management during Flight Hour Services transversal meetings and align with top critical customer needs while preparing and challenging supplier recovery plans.
  • •Review repair backlog with top offending suppliers, agree on burn down plans, and lead projects for cost avoidance, logistics, and repair backlog reductions and KPI development.
  • •Schedule regular discussions with Repair Managers worldwide, act as first escalation path, organize repair efforts to resolve abnormal statuses, and drive performance improvement including financial aspects.
  • •Perform secondary duties including deputation when necessary and uphold Airbus Values, Leadership Model, and Code of Conduct.
