Key Responsibilities

•Manage enterprise rollouts by coordinating between Enterprise Sales, Account Manager, AV Operator, and venue teams to go live on time and to spec.
•Be the main point of contact through the pilot phase, ensuring the client’s pilot experience drives expansion decisions.
•Build complete handoff packages before accounts move to the AM, including venue specs, client contacts, expectations, and outstanding items.
•Track open items across multiple deals to catch missing responses, incomplete specs, and timeline drift early.
•Maintain clear, timely updates and professional client communication throughout contract-to-go-live.

Key Requirements

•Strong written communication and professionalism when sharing updates and setting expectations.
