Key Responsibilities

  • •Run scheduled experiments and monitor automated runs to keep the platform supplied and productive.
  • •Execute the antibody screening workflow end to end, including prep/assembly PCR, binder protein production, cleanup, and column purification.
  • •Operate liquid handlers and magnetic/plate-based robotic workstations, loading decks, launching methods, and recovering from routine errors.
  • •Set up and monitor SPR/BLI kinetics and quantitation, run HPLC purity/analytical QC, and flag off-spec results.
  • •Support mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays, including PD-L1 binding/blocking and flow cytometry sample prep, while maintaining SOP/data/metadata and BSL-2/EHS practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific field with hands-on lab experience.
