Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced food production environment to keep operations safe and running efficiently. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues (including motors and VFDs), and keep detailed maintenance documentation. Work scheduled 3:00pm–12:30am Monday–Friday with one weekend day every other weekend, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company safety procedures.

•Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment (including conveyor systems, hydraulic sorting equipment, motors, electrical systems, and facility equipment).
•Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.
•Complete daily maintenance and repair documentation and logs.
•Perform work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company safety policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
•Advanced ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment.
•Experience with AC/DC motors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
•Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturing specifications.
•Knowledge of piping systems and mechanical components; basic arithmetic skills.
