Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the operational cadence for running the BPT business, driving accountability and continuous process improvement.
  • •Partner with cross-EX Business Operations to establish initiatives across weekly, quarterly, annual, and multi-year strategic planning horizons.
  • •Drive cadence for prep and reviews of quarterly progress towards achievements and provide updates to multiple levels of the organization.
  • •Lead and manage a team of three direct reports and act as a thought partner to senior partners.
  • •Partner with BPT leadership to ensure clear roll-outs of programs and processes across the business, and build relationships aligned with Adobe values.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in strategic operational roles, partnering directly with senior leaders
  • •BA or BS degree in a related field; HR experience is a plus
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint
  • •Strong ability to manage competing priorities across complex operations
  • •Ability to translate large problems into actionable steps and derive insights from data
