Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain internal tools and data workflows across Retool and AI-powered applications.
•Design, implement, and deploy features connected to live data via APIs, SQL, and webhooks; ensure reliability with logging and monitoring.
•Partner with operational leads to translate business needs into technical solutions and onboard teams that depend on the tools.
•Prototype rapidly, ship tools to production, and iterate based on user feedback to maximize impact.
•Work across credentialing, exceptions, integrations, and BizOps with AI tooling to improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years in a technical operations, business systems, or software development role, with hands-on production experience building internal tools in Retool and deploying web applications via Vercel using AI-assisted development environments like Cursor.
•Solid command of SQL — writing complex queries, modeling data for reporting, and designing ETL pipelines that eliminate manual reporting overhead and keep the operational data layer clean and current.
•Experience integrating systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and database connectors, with the ability to instrument workflows with logging and monitoring to proactively surface issues before they impact operations.
•Practical experience building with LLMs and AI tools — including prompt engineering, API integration, and multi-step agent workflows — to automate high-volume operational tasks such as exception triage, credentialing checks, and data aggregation.
•Ability to integrate LLM capabilities (summarization, classification, routing, and escalation logic) into existing internal tooling, and a habit of staying current with the AI landscape to bring techniques that create genuine operational leverage.
