•Drive complex projects independently, define the safety product roadmap, and set success metrics to guide safety efforts.
•Build effective, scalable features and auto-moderation strategies to provide users a safe experience.
•Leverage data analysis, machine learning, and NLP to identify risky content such as violence, pornography, and fraud and develop strategies.
•Collaborate with issue experts and policy teams, and align cross-functional partners through a workflow to analyze, prioritize, and execute efforts.

•2+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile or web internet companies, with familiarity with models and algorithms.

•Experience identifying, analyzing, and improving product/business processes to optimize performance, quality, and user experience.
