Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the production roadmap and delivery strategy for multiple cross-discipline teams in partnership with discipline leads and project leadership.
  • •Translate creative and technical goals into achievable plans, including milestone definitions, staffing needs, and risk forecasting.
  • •Own day-to-day production decisions, coordinate cross-project dependencies, and manage scope and prioritization tradeoffs.
  • •Manage capacity planning, team sequencing, resource needs, and staffing gaps, including outsourcing opportunities.
  • •Facilitate sprint/milestone/roadmap planning and ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, bug triages), providing leadership with reporting and visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional experience driving game features or major project areas through full production cycles on large, cross-discipline teams.
  • •Solid understanding of game development pipelines and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

  • •Proven ability to build consensus and alignment among creative, technical, and production stakeholders.
