Pilot the technical development phases for new ceramic products and conduct technical studies to support quality on site. Key Responsibilities

•Pilot technical development phases for new ceramic products and run technical studies supporting product quality.
•Lead R&D projects to expand the range of materials, products, processes, and technologies to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
•Serve as the Beyrand laboratory reference within Hermès’ Lab network.
•During peak activity, perform prototype color matching and adjust production tones.
•Support Production, Industrialization, and Quality teams with technical/scientific input on issues (defects, recurrent defects, scrap) and participate in training offerings for operational teams.

Key Requirements

•Doctorate in Materials Sciences or Materials Engineering with a specialization in ceramics (appreciated).
•Generalist engineer profile in Materials or Ceramics.
•Strong knowledge of ceramics, particularly glasses, and thermomechanical material properties.
•Strong knowledge of organic and inorganic chemistry.
•Good command of English.

Experience:1+ years

Education:Master's in Master / Bac + 5 (Sciences des Matériaux / Génie des Matériaux / Céramique)
