Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead proposal, tender and bid response delivery for Singapore markets, including reviewing procurement documentation and running bid go/no-go discussions.
  • •Act as bid manager by mobilising internal stakeholders, setting timelines, and overseeing execution against the bid plan.
  • •Ensure compliance with Turner & Townsend “bid to win” process and governance requirements.
  • •Collaborate with Directors, functional teams, and partners to produce high-quality tender responses and supporting collateral.
  • •Maintain bid content libraries, track pipeline and bid conversion reporting, and provide feedback or escalation to senior leadership as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, English or engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in bid management and writing successful bid submissions.
  • •Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Word.
  • •Ability to proofread for accuracy and ensure responses adhere to word/page limits.
  • •Communicate confidently in writing and verbally, and work effectively under time pressure to meet multiple deadlines.
