Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and label biological media, buffers, mobile phases, and other lab solutions per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • •Process ordering requests for standard and custom formulations and manage inventory of laboratory materials and consumables.
  • •Coordinate receipt, storage, tracking, and shipment of laboratory samples, ensuring required site/quality/regulatory handling.
  • •Operate liquid nitrogen reserve tank management and ensure safe handling of cryogenic materials.
  • •Perform glassware washing/sterilization and conduct equipment verification, preventive maintenance, calibrations, repairs, and maintain maintenance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a laboratory support, laboratory operations, or scientific services environment.
  • •Drivers license.
  • •Knowledge of GMP, GxP, GLP, or other regulated laboratory practices.
  • •Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • •Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety (inventory, sample logistics, or lab equipment experience is advantageous).
