Personal Banker Associate 1

Serve as a Financial Center Personal Banker through a 9-week onboarding and education program with rotations across operations and Sales & Service. Use a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs, cross-sell retail and small business products, and set appointments using approved marketing tools. Manage teller transactions and support the platform staff while meeting production and customer experience goals, referring customers to partners when appropriate and following risk and ethics procedures.
