Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead UKTA Operations to ensure sustained delivery of service standards, KPIs/KRIs, and client commitments across core TA and investor servicing activities.
  • •Evolve the UKTA regional operating model by partnering with TA leadership to scale processes, simplify activity, implement automation, and deliver strategic change.
  • •Maintain a robust operational control environment by identifying, assessing, escalating, and remediating risks, incidents, breaches, and control gaps.
  • •Ensure operational processes align with regulatory obligations (including CASS, AML/FCC, Consumer Duty, operational resilience, and data privacy).
  • •Provide people leadership and oversee performance/talent, including workforce planning, budget discipline, and recruitment input for UKTA Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in Transfer Agency, fund administration, asset servicing, investment operations, or another regulated financial services environment.
  • •Detailed knowledge of end-to-end Transfer Agency operations, including dealing, registration, settlement, distributions, commissions, investor servicing, and operational oversight.
  • •Strong regulatory awareness covering CASS, AML/FCC, Consumer Duty, operational resilience, and data privacy; plus familiarity with collective investment schemes and related frameworks.
  • •Proven leadership to lead and scale large multi-location operations teams, including senior managers and specialist individual contributors.
  • •Track record delivering operating model change and transformation (automation/process improvement) with strong control/risk judgment and experience with MI/KPI/KRI reporting.
