Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers and assist the supervisor by assigning and directing employee work.
  • •Coordinate vehicle flow by communicating with supervisors/managers, maintaining lot location records, and communicating schedules to crew.
  • •Manage vans and transport drivers, ensuring timely pickup/drop-off of employees and vehicles according to schedule.
  • •Shuttle employees and auction personnel between the auction, auxiliary parking lots, dealerships, customer locations, and remote sites; perform daily van maintenance and routine checks.
  • •Lead the location team by setting an example, championing values, enforcing policies, monitoring staffing and performance against KPIs, and supporting safety activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED with 3 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination such as a degree/certification beyond HS/GED or 5 years’ experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving ability.
  • •Experience directing or coordinating work to ensure proper flow of vehicles and scheduling of drivers/crew.
  • •Ability to maintain routine van checks and perform daily maintenance tasks.
  • •Commitment to safety procedures and modeling safety behaviors.
