Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general building and equipment maintenance, including plumbing repairs, facility lighting, painting, and assisting with cleanliness of the facility and grounds.
  • •Maintain and repair forklifts, motorized pallet jacks, company vehicles, and other company-owned equipment.
  • •Handle seasonal snow removal and assist with other maintenance department duties as assigned.
  • •Remove trash from the facility and maintain cleanliness and organization of truck sheds, maintenance shops, and the bone yard.
  • •Move office equipment and perform off-shift work as scheduled.

Key Requirements

  • •Verifiable knowledge of hand and power tools, with good mechanical ability and general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and lighting.
  • •Ability to operate a forklift, bobcat, shag truck, lull, and other company vehicles, with a clean driving history.
  • •Physical ability to lift 40-50 lbs, stand throughout most of the shift, and work in all indoor/outdoor environmental conditions.
  • •Clean driving history and willingness to complete overtime when required.
  • •6 months of related work history or completion of an industrial maintenance educational program; maintenance experience preferred.
