Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform field audits of environmental documentation and active construction activities.
  • •Review construction work plans to ensure compliance with environmental permitting requirements and project specifications.
  • •Prepare technical reports documenting environmental compliance activities and field observations.
  • •Identify inconsistencies, risks, and compliance concerns and communicate findings to project leadership.
  • •Monitor construction activities to verify adherence to environmental requirements and approved procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience performing environmental compliance inspections on active construction projects.
  • •Experience supporting large public infrastructure or transportation programs is strongly preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of environmental permitting requirements and construction compliance procedures.
  • •OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and current refreshers are highly desirable.
