Job Summary

Drive multi-technology infrastructure consulting by defining architectural approaches that ensure optimal client technology operations. Partner with stakeholders to design meta-architectural solutions, run feasibility studies for new and modified systems, and develop strategies for service offerings. Support pre-sales through analysis, scoping, and opportunity work, including client-facing presentations and collaboration with sales to shape and win deals. Improve methodologies and tools to raise internal effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide subject matter expertise in multi-technology infrastructure design best practices.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to develop architectural approaches for one or more layers of a solution.
•Participate in feasibility studies, planning, coordination, and preparation for new systems and modifications.
•Define strategies and meta-architectural designs that establish the architectural vision for specific environments.
•Engage in pre-sales and business development activities, including opportunity identification, presales, scoping, deal closing, and client presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
•Seasoned demonstrable experience in a similar large-scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment.
•Seasoned multi-technology infrastructure design experience.
•Seasoned expertise with consulting, client engagement, needs assessment, and change management.
•Scaled Agile certification desirable; relevant consulting/technical certifications preferred (e.g., TOGAF).
