Job Summary

Own the day-to-day management of GEMS school and brand websites, ensuring integrations, website health, SEO foundations, accessibility, and UX best practices. Lead audits of the parent enquiry and enrolment journey, optimize landing pages for lead capture and conversion, and manage end-to-end website revamps across multiple sites. Coordinate with marketing, CRM, technology, content, and external vendors, run UX workshops, support QA and launches, and enable internal stakeholders through training and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the day-to-day management of all GEMS school and brand websites, including new pages, campaign landing pages, launches, updates, and issue resolution
•Coordinate the website ecosystem with marketing, CRM, technology teams, and external vendors to keep integrations working (including Salesforce forms, Calendly, and tracking tools)
•Maintain overall website health across performance, accessibility, SEO foundations, and UX best practices, driving ongoing UX improvements and structural/content optimisation
•Conduct regular audits to identify technical issues, compliance gaps, and friction points across the parent enquiry and enrolment journey
•Project manage end-to-end website revamps, including UX workshops, vendor management, QA/UAT support, launch support, and internal training/documentation

Key Requirements

•7+ years in digital marketing, web operations, or digital platform management
•Experience managing multi-site CMS environments and website migrations/digital transformation projects
•Knowledge of UX, CRO, and digital lead generation with strong understanding of performance, accessibility, SEO foundations, and UX best practices
•Experience working across marketing, CRM, and technical stakeholders, including CRM integrations and attribution tracking
•Familiarity with HubSpot and Sitecore, plus marketing automation platforms
•Experience within education or multi-brand organisations
