Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute daily compliance screening operations and controls for global transactions against restricted and denied party lists.
  • •Establish and maintain robust process controls with other Global Trade functions to ensure decisions comply with US and regional import/export regulations.
  • •Review and approve international transactions, evaluate end-user/end-use/destination, and manage red-flag issues involving sanctioned entities, embargoed countries, and boycotts.
  • •Maintain, organize, and audit screening and compliance records according to regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
  • •Develop trade compliance screening training materials and produce daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics to support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in international trade, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • •Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel, plus Word, Outlook, and SharePoint; strong data analysis for compliance/screening data.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in trade compliance (or equivalent education and experience) with knowledge of restricted/denied party screening, sanctioned entities, embargo regulations, and US import/export compliance frameworks (EAR, OFAC).
  • •Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication and collaboration across functions, time zones, and cultures.
