Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and measure system behaviors to meet Service Level Objectives using observability tools (metrics, logs, distributed tracing) and drive performance optimization.
  • •Drive 24/7 incident management to maintain availability, perform root-cause analysis, and produce postmortems for service restoration.
  • •Act as primary contact for high-priority technical inquiries and escalations, troubleshooting complex customer-facing issues.
  • •Build and improve automated workflows using Infrastructure as Code and scripting to reduce toil and increase reliability.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to share insights and advocate for SRE best practices and scalable architectures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • •1-3+ years in a technical support, system administration, or cloud operations role
  • •Foundational knowledge of public cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, OpenStack)
  • •Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash, and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform)
  • •Solid understanding of web technologies, protocols, and APIs (HTTP, REST, JSON) and basic Linux/databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
