Key Requirements

  • •Lead a team of engineers through hiring, mentoring, and performance management while staying technical enough to set direction and review work.
  • •Build and operate low-level, performance-critical systems software in C/C++ running continuously in production on customer infrastructure.
  • •Have experience with containerized/orchestrated systems including Kubernetes, containerd, and familiarity with cgroup.
  • •Demonstrate deep OS internals knowledge and instrumentation techniques such as eBPF or kernel modules; proficiency on Linux internals is required.
  • •Operate distributed systems at scale, balancing reliability and performance trade-offs for software that runs safely on every host/container it touches.
