Key Responsibilities

•Develop a thorough understanding of products, sales processes, policies, and procedures.
•Learn how manufacturing operations, purchasing, shipping, and receiving support the sales cycle, including applying business math to scenarios.
•Travel with Account Managers and make sales calls to customers with guidance and coaching.
•Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
•Learn and use UFPI business systems, CRM tools, and sales applications to enter orders, assist with documentation, and prepare reports and summaries.
