Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety and awareness by leading or joining meetings and training to reinforce asset protection protocols.
  • •Maintain a strong selling-floor presence (75–80% of time) to deter theft, support service, and maintain a safe environment.
  • •Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives and collaborate with managers.
  • •Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, and execute audits and prepare required reports.
  • •De-escalate incidents professionally, prioritize safety and client experience, and adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
