Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula support to clients.
  • •Participate in Loula’s onboarding process by completing an interest form and screening questions.
  • •Use Loula-facilitated credentialing and insurance processes to support client care.
  • •Engage with client referrals through Loula’s client referral/doula matching program.
  • •Maintain your independent practice within Loula’s non-exclusive network and manage your own availability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of doula experience with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR, HIPAA, liability insurance, or the letters of recommendation, you can still reach out and Loula can support you in getting set up.
