Senior Welding & Assembly Process Quality Engineer

Develop and maintain robust welding and assembly processes to support regular operations, new product development programs, and productivity initiatives in the Monterrey facility. Own product/project cost, quality, and schedule outcomes by managing process controls, advancing problem-solving, and improving indicators like SCRAP, FPY, and downtime. Create and update certification programs aligned to AWS standards, lead PQA auditors and setup teams, and support control plans, PFMEAs, and engagement strategies.
